We DO NOT need a Goalie. (One of the players above is a goalie)

We NEED a Goalie to be provided for us by XRHL

1) I have read the league rules (Click here for league rules) and agree to abide by them. will abide by all leagof conduct & sportsmanship.

2) I will play in a safe manner that would not result in the injury of others, or act in any way that would result in the injury of others, or put them in a dangerous situation (ie skating out of control, malicious use of stick, etc)

3) I will play with sportsmanship, and help to maintain a "Family Friendly" environment in the league and while at the facility. If I have a concern with a referee or league official, I will pass this on to my team captain who will handle it in the proper way by calm discussion after the game, or if appropriate during a time out. I understand that only the Team captain is to interact with the referee. I understand that aggressive complaints during or after a game, or any abusive language to an official or another player will result in me being suspended and/or ejected from the game. I understand it may even result with my suspension from the league.

4) I will not use foul or offensive language (ie swearing, cursing) while in the facility, while interacting with other players, on the XRHL.com website or it's forums or discussion sites. I will interact with other players showing dignity & respect.

5) I will make every effort to show up to assigned games and understand that I may be assigned a time that may not be convenient to me. However I understand I may have to alter my schedule to meet the league schedule. If I may not be able to make my game I understand that my team may forfeit the game. Recurring team forfeits may result in loss of team position in the league and may result in me not being allowed in the league again.

6) I will pay all league fees and/or deposits before I begin league play. I understand that if I have not paid the fees in full, I will not be allowed to play until I do pay. I would owe the entire fee even if I start the league late (League manager has the right to adjust fees as appropriate.)

7) I agree to the WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND CONSENT FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT In consideration of my entry into the competition known as the XRHL Roller Hockey League, I, intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, executors and administrators waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages, including any claims for loss, damages or injury to my person or property arising out of my performance or failure of performance, from Hollywood Connection, XRHL Roller Hockey League, the owners of the facility, Governing bodies, the owner of the site of any games, practices or other competition I may be participating in, their agents, representative, successors and assigns.

As the legal guardian I give permission for my child to play in the league and will not hold the league liable for injuries sustained during the normal course league play. I understand that any sporting event has a degree of risk, and am willing to agree to accept liability in the event of an injury resulting in medical attention. I have submitted my information above, and understand I will be contacted in the case of an injury. I will go over the code of conduct, rules & agreements above with my child to make sure they abide by the rules of the league.
